He has trained thousands of business and public service leaders mostly across Africa. He has a solid track record as both a corporate executive, business consultant and entrepreneur. Rabison spent the bulk of his career in strategic positions for such multinational corporations in the mining, telecoms and technology industries. He is an alumni of American International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
He has received several Top 100 influencers’ Awards globally including Top 100 Leadership Experts, Top 100 Young People Under 40 as well as Top 100 Blogger Awards to name a few. He is founder and CEO of Vumilia Africa Group and he sits on the boards of various businesses and non-profits. His professional memberships include the Association of Change Management Professional (ACMP), Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA), Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA) as well as Professional Speakers Association of South Africa (PSASA). Rabison founded Touching Lives Africa Foundation which aims to empower vulnerable communities.
