For as long as we live, there will always be people in need among us. Rabison has embraced this thinking and since 2010 he started a journey of reaching out to the vulnerable. He founded the Greatness Factory Trust, a charity that mentors and trains young community leaders to take their space in business and community life. He has mentored thousands of young leaders who have gone ahead to launch their own careers successfully.
In 2016, he registered another charity called Touching Lives Africa Foundation which focusses on community development. His principal focus was around the empowerment of women and girls in vulnerable communities with life skills as well as knowledge on how to turn around their own circumstances. He continues to champion and advocate for Women’s Health and access to sanitary products. The Pad Shopper campaign is one such initiative that aims to keep girls in class as many miss classes for several days a month for lack of access to sanitary products. His company, Vumilia Africa Group has recently launched the Vumilia In Community Transformation, Organisation and Restoration (VICTOR) which is the business’s CSR initiative.
